Step 1

Beginning to use RSS, you need a program that read the news in a special format, called XML. These programs are called aggregator. Some news readers examples:

FeedReader: Is totally free and quite simple. Recommended for beginners.

Reader of News (RSS/XML) 2.5: Freeware software. Light and uncomplicated interface.

These programs have e-mail readers face: on the left part of the window there are the channels of news that you added. On the superior and right part, the news that it downloads from the internet . Below it , there is a small call about the content - if you click, you can read the complete news from the web.

Step 2

With the news reader installed, add your favorite information channels to your "news menu". In most of the programs, that they are in English, the command for that is "Add new feed".

To receive alerts of news from UDOP, for example, copy the RSS address channel from UDOP and paste this link in the window "Add new feed".

Step 3

Now that your RSS news reader already receives the last UDOP news, you can repeat the step 2 and add how many channels you want, about the subjects that more interests you.
