Employment Grant - People with Special Needs
Since the existence of Quota Law for People with Special Needs (8.213/91), many companies, if not all, suffer to seek the best way to insert a professional with special needs in the labor market.

There are many obstacles and circumstances that should be treated with attention and the proximity with institutions involved in this project, is of fundamental importance for the success of any enterprise.

Only the law enforcement is not enough. UDOP company members know this, and the greatest challenge is the hiring moved by the ethics, by the inclusion and the social prejudice.

Qualifying and Including a person with special needs in a corporative environment goes beyond the quota accomplishment, is to break paradigms and initiate responsible and perennial feature actions.

In this sense, UDOP creates the 1st EMPLOYMENT GRANT FOR PEOPLE WITH SPECIAL NEEDS in the sector of bioenergy and through it, we want to stimulate the inclusion process in companies, above all, with ethics and integrity.
